Aiden Hawk was born with a rare liver disease called Biliary Atresia. Biliary Atresia affects around 1 in 16,000 births. It damages the bile ducts in and outside the liver. Aiden's only hope for survival is a liver transplant.

At 3 months of age, Aiden already had over $100,000 in claims. Aiden's Hope was established to help defray some of these costs. Although he has excellent insurance, Aiden will likely incur expenses of over $10,000 each year for the rest of his life.

Aiden's family waits anxiously for his new liver, and hopes that his friends and supporters in the community will be willing to assist them in raising funds to pay for his uninsured medical expenses.
